"...caught a ride down with Travis and his brother. It was nice to visit Manzanita, but slightly claustrophobic being in such a small town. My fondest memory is of riding bikes with no lights down a coastal road to get to the barn where we'd play the show, and with rain pouring down on us the whole way.
I huddled by the space heater the whole night, and when I did play, I forgot the lyrics to 'bus these tables' and stopped it halfway through. I must have been really out of it, because I also forgot to play 'twitch' and had to introduce it later in the set. My guitar's intonation was getting worse and worse, though, so perhaps that had something to do with it." -Jack
