Your name, e-mail address and zip code are the only required fields, but please fill in as much info as you can. We use a trustworthy service called FanBridge to maintain our address list, and can guarantee your address will not be sold, borrowed or shared. We used to have to add new addresses by hand with a hammer and chisel, but luckily in modern times they've automated such things.
